uncovering micro-greens

We plant micro-greens twice a week. We also harvest twice a week. The process is rather easy and straight forward, but tedious and time consuming at the same time.

I might do a start-to-finish post sometime showing it all but until then:

This is the 2nd step in the process: uncovering the trays. The seeds need to spend a few days covered (tray to the left) to encourage the roots to take hold. When we uncover them this is what they look like: bleached and searching for light. We then put them under the grow lights and by the next day they will be green (or what ever color they will be i.e. purple). And in 3-5 more days they get harvested.
