1 bag TRF Summer Crunch Salad
1/2 cup Mozarella, chopped
1/2 cup Watermelon, balled
1/2 cup TRF Grape Tomatoes
1/2 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
Lemon zest
Salt & pepper
Olive oil

Recipe Steps
Wash, then prep & chop ingredients.
In large bowl, toss chopped mozzarella with lemon zest and basil.
Add tomatoes to bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Add Summer Crunch lettuce and watermelon balls to bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette to your liking. Then season with salt, pepper, and basil to taste. Toss and serve.
